Ted Blachly will delve into technical and design aspects of the 13 masterworks and three Prison Outreach pieces on view at the Distinctive Exhibit. Ted will take your questions and give you the insider’s view of what it takes to be a masterwork.

More about Ted Blachly:
Ted Blachly has been a woodworker/ furniture maker for over thirty years and became a state juried member of The League of New Hampshire Craftsman in 1989. Blachly works primarily on commission and does occasional exhibition pieces at his studio in Warner, N.H. He is on the faculty at The Center for Furniture Craftsmanship in Rockport Maine and in 1995 was an invited artist in the formation of the New Hampshire Furniture Masters Association.
Ted’s furniture has been exhibited at Pritam & Eames, East Hampton, New York, Harbor Square Gallery, Rockport, Maine as well as The League of New Hampshire Craftsman galleries and exhibits. Examples of his work have also appeared in the publications Architectural Digest, Art and Antiques and Fine Woodworking Magazine.
