1) Bid in person: Buy a ticket now! Join us on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at the lovely Wentworth-by-the-Sea Hotel.Chat with the Masters at the elegant, pre-auction reception, participate in the Silent Benefit Auction to support NHFMA's educational initiatives, and grab a paddle for the live bidding as we auction off the Masters' newest creations.This is a unique opportunity to see these beautiful pieces up close while talking with the Masters who created them!

REMOTE BIDDING OPTIONS:

There are three forms of bidding available for those who cannot physically attend the auction event.

2) Absentee Bid: Download our "Absentee Bid Form:" Click here for a Word Doc or click here for a PDF. Simply complete this form (indicating that you would like to place a "left bid"), sign, and fax it to the number indicated. (Very important! Each absentee bid form must be signed to be valid.)

By submitting this "Absentee Bid," you are assured that an auction representative will be in the room the night of the auction, bidding on your behalf up to your stated limit.

Please note: Absentee bidding must be completed by 5:00 PM EST on Oct. 20, 2007, 24 hrs. prior to the auction. Any bids received after the 5 p.m. cutoff will be discarded. No exceptions!

3) Phone Absentee Bid: Download our "Absentee Bid Form:" Click here for a Word Doc or click here for a PDF. Simply complete this form (indicating that you would like to bid live via telephone the night of the auction), sign, and fax it to the number indicated. (Very important! Each absentee bid form must be signed to be valid.)

By submitting this "Absentee Bid," you are assured that an auction representative will be in the room the night of the auction, working with you via telephone to bid your desired item up to your stated limit.Please note: It is solely the responsibility of the bidder to be available to answer the telephone when called on the night of the auction. Auction staff may not have the opportunity to make repeated calls, and cannot await return calls from voice mail messages.
